What data we collect
If you join the RELONGEV Club waiting list, we process your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the areas and interests you select, the consents you give, the language of the page and the date of submission.
If you fill in the partnership request for professionals, we process your name, company or practice, sector, email address, phone number, selected interests, the optional message, your consent, the language of the page and the date of submission.
Your answers to the lifestyle profile (physical activity, sleep, diet, alcohol, height and weight, relationships) are processed only in your browser. They are not sent, stored or shared.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to contact you with information about the RELONGEV Club and the services in preparation or, for professionals, to discuss a partnership. Only if you have chosen so through the optional consent, we also send you promotional communications and offers. The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time without consequences.
Whether you must provide data
Providing your data is optional. Without your name, email address and consent we cannot contact you, but you can still use the lifestyle profile. Your phone number and promotional consent are optional.
Recipients

Retention

Your rights
You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to the address given under “Data controller”. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
